Magic Cats by user8093840

Format: Commander

Commander: Massimo, the Magician

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Jeskai spellslinger deck is built around Massimo, the Magician, turning entering creatures into repeatable sources of free spells by exiling 1-mana instants/sorceries from the graveyard. The primary plan uses combat triggers to copy spells like Lightning Bolt, while a secondary line chains cheap spells to fuel storm and magecraft payoffs. Kykar, Wind's Fury acts as a hidden commander, generating spirits for both red mana and Massimo triggers. The usual win is a single large turn where Guttersnipe and Fiery Inscription, backed by Aria of Flame, deal lethal damage after a long spell chain.
