Nekusar bracket 3 by user8377428

Format: Commander

Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

An aggressive draw-punisher build: ramp to Nekusar, then use Phyresis or Tainted Strike and repeated mass wheels to convert every extra card into poison. The primary plan is a two-wheel infect kill; Torbran and Ghyrson Starn provide a non-infect damage ceiling. A second independent package-Niv-Mizzet, Parun plus Curiosity/Ophidian Eye-wins on the spot when combined with any cheap instant or sorcery. The commander is the fastest damage engine, while Niv-Mizzet effectively acts as a hidden alternate commander. Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, and Spiteful Visions give redundancy if Nekusar is removed, and Teferi's Puzzle Box forces continuous draws as a backup clock.
