Deck overview

This mono-black Aristocrats deck leverages Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER as a card engine and drain outlet in the command zone. The deck curves into cheap, recurring creatures such as Forsaken Miner, Bloodghast, and Bitterblossom, using sacrifice outlets like Warren Soultrader and Viscera Seer to trigger steady card draw and life loss. Asymmetric control pieces like Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos keep opposing creature boards empty while your board develops. Sacrificing four creatures in a turn transforms Sephiroth into Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel, granting a permanent drain emblem that persists through removal. The deck closes games around Turn 5 using deterministic infinite drain combos, most notably Warren Soultrader paired with Forsaken Miner or Bloodthirsty Conqueror combined with Enduring Tenacity. Powerful recursion and tutors ensure resilience and consistent execution.
