OAKENSHEILD by PrimalPrime

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin Oakenshield

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thorin, King of Durin's Folk leads a Boros Dwarf tribal deck that wins by going wide. Thorin creates a Treasure whenever a Dwarf enters and pumps all other Dwarves +1/+0 for each artifact token you control, turning Treasures and Equipment into a growing anthem. Secondary engines use storied payoffs (Fili, Bifur, Balin) and Equipment synergies (Sram, Kili, Dwalin) to draw cards and build board presence. Magda acts as a hidden commander, converting tapped Dwarves into Treasures and tutoring artifacts. Without infinite combos, the deck wins through combat, direct damage from Dain of the Ancient Halls, Balin, and Smaug, and anthem stacking.
