This deck is a mono-blue spellslinger combo strategy centered around Orvar, the All-Form. The primary game plan revolves around resolving Orvar and targeting permanents with inexpensive instants and sorceries to clone lands, mana rocks, and card draw engines. The definitive win condition is assembled on Turn 6 by pairing Whim of Volrath with Coveted Jewel or Peregrine Drake. By paying the buyback cost on Whim of Volrath, each cast creates a fresh token that untaps lands or produces mana while drawing cards. This generates an unbounded loop that draws the entire library and wins on the spot with Thassa's Oracle.
