Kuja Genome Sorcerer by dekus

Format: Commander

Commander: Kuja, Genome Sorcerer // Trance Kuja, Fate Defied

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kuja, Genome Sorcerer is the setup: it creates a Wizard token every end step, and once enough Wizards are on board it flips into Trance Kuja, which doubles all Wizard damage. The deck is a spell-slinger burn deck: cheap instants and sorceries trigger a web of Wizard pingers-token Wizards, Black Waltz No. 3, Coruscation Mage, Fiery Inscription-and Harmonic Prodigy doubles those triggers. The plan is to transform Kuja by turn five or six, then chain draw/damage spells to burn all opponents out in one or two turns, with Grapeshot and Bolas's Citadel as alternate finishers. It is not a combo deck; it wins through incremental, multiplicative damage.
