Deck overview

This mono-white Voltron deck is commanded by Colleen Wing, Street Samurai, who gains a +1/+1 counter and scries 1 whenever a spell you control targets a creature you control. The deck leverages an ultra-low mana curve packed with 1-mana and 2-mana cantrips, auras, and combat tricks. By chaining cheap targeted spells, Colleen grows rapidly while digging through the library for key evasion and protection pieces. The game plan focuses on establishing Colleen on Turn 2, stacking counters and evasion like Spirit Mantle or Twinblade Blessing by Turns 3–4, and eliminating opponents sequentially with lethal commander damage starting on Turn 5. A deep suite of over 20 instant-speed protection spells safeguards Colleen from targeted removal and damage-based wipes. While the deck lacks fast mana acceleration and mass interaction, its high redundancy and low resource requirements provide consistent aggro pressure.
