Deck overview

This deck is a highly synergistic, 5-color Elemental tribal strategy helmed by Horde of Notions, with Kaheera, the Orphanguard as a companion. The primary game plan revolves around abusing the Evoke mechanic and powerful enter-the-battlefield (ETB) triggers. By casting Elementals for their cheap Evoke costs, the deck controls the board early and fills the graveyard. Horde of Notions then serves as a massive late-game engine, allowing you to repeatedly cast these Elementals from the graveyard to grind out opponents. The deck generates overwhelming value through trigger-doublers like Panharmonicon, Yarok, the Desecrated, and Twinflame Travelers. It forgoes traditional infinite combos in favor of massive combat inevitability, utilizing token swarm strategies from Omnath, Locus of Rage and Avenger of Zendikar, amplified by damage multipliers like Collective Inferno and the myriad granted by Mass of Mysteries.
