Deck overview

This deck is a Naya Dinosaur Tribal Stompy deck designed to accelerate rapidly into its 8-mana commander, Gishath, Sun's Avatar. By leveraging an efficient suite of mana dorks, land ramp, and cost-reducers, the deck consistently casts Gishath on Turn 4 or 5. Because Gishath possesses native haste, trample, and vigilance, it immediately attacks and triggers on combat damage to reveal the top seven cards of the library, putting all revealed Dinosaurs directly onto the battlefield. This sudden influx of massive power, fight triggers from creatures like Apex Altisaur, and card draw engines like Vaultborn Tyrant creates an insurmountable board presence. Robust protection pieces such as Heroic Intervention, Voice of Victory, and Hexing Squelcher insulate the team from counterspells and board wipes, allowing the deck to close out the game through overwhelming combat damage across two attack steps.
