Format: Commander

Commander: Olivia, Opulent Outlaw

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Olivia, Opulent Outlaw leads a Mardu aggressive midrange deck focused on outlaw creature synergies and massive Treasure accumulation. The early game deploys evasive outlaws like Changeling Outcast and Burakos, Party Leader to generate early bursts of mana. Olivia converts stockpiled Treasures into permanent team-wide buffs to overwhelm opponents through combat. In addition to combat damage, the deck leverages alternate artifact-count win conditions like Revel in Riches and Hellkite Tyrant, or turns its hoard into a lethal strike force with Vihaan, Goldwaker. High artifact synergy, token doubling, and robust recursion keep the engine running smoothly.
