Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Esper Sphinx tribal and reanimator strategy helmed by The Ur-Sphinx. From the command zone, The Ur-Sphinx provides constant cost reduction to all other Sphinxes through Eminence. The deck leverages efficient mana rocks, cost reducers like Urza's Incubator, and graveyard shortcuts via Entomb and Reanimate to deploy massive flying threats ahead of curve. Once engine pieces like Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign or Consecrated Sphinx hit the board on Turn 4, the deck generates immense card advantage, quickly overwhelming opponents with large flying beaters.
