Sokka by user8039950

Format: Commander

Commander: Sokka, Tenacious Tactician

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Sokka, Tenacious Tactician leads a Jeskai Ally-token tempo deck. There is no double-faced commander; Sokka is the face. His static ability gives all Allies menace and prowess, and every noncreature spell creates a 1/1 Ally token. The primary plan is to resolve Sokka, chain cheap instants and sorceries, and swing with a menacing, prowess-pumped swarm while interaction clears blockers. Secondary paths are landfall token generation from Retreat to Emeria, treasure reach from Death to Our Enemies, and airbend reset tricks from Aang and Appa. Hakoda, Selfless Commander acts as a hidden support commander, letting you cast Allies from the top and providing a mass-indestructible save. The deck wins through repeated, spread-out combat damage rather than combo.
