Deck overview

This is a Temur Dragon tribal deck helmed by Ureni of the Unwritten, designed to cheat high-impact Dragons onto the battlefield explosively. The commander's ETB and attack triggers dig eight cards deep, putting a Dragon directly into play - a repeatable battlefield-tutor engine from the command zone. The deck accelerates heavily with green ramp (Farseek, Cultivate, Skyshroud Claim) and mana rocks, aiming to deploy Ureni by turn four or five. Once online, it chains extra combat steps via Hellkite Charger or Scourge of the Throne fueled by mana-generating Dragons like Savage Ventmaw and Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient. Haste enablers (Temur Ascendancy, Dragon Tempest) let the Dragons swing immediately, creating overwhelming board presence and often a same-turn kill through repeated combats. The deck also packs a suite of protection (Fierce Guardianship, Deflecting Swat, Heroic Intervention) and a handful of interactive Dragons (Terror of the Peaks, Dragonlord Atarka) to clear blockers and disrupt opponents.
