Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind leads a Jeskai artifact-counter deck built on repeatable proliferation. The primary plan is to give every opponent a poison counter, then turn each proliferate trigger into a clock via Kilo's tap trigger, Tekuthal, and Inexorable Tide. Infect creatures and Grafted Exoskeleton provide combat pressure. Secondary wins come from Darksteel Reactor's 20 charge counters and Strixhaven Stadium's point counters, often sped by Aetheric Amplifier. The deck is artifact-dense, with Unwinding Clock, Mystic Forge, and Cayth providing engine depth. It is an incremental value deck rather than an infinite combo deck, so games go to the midgame and reward sequencing proliferate triggers and protecting the artifact base.
