Commander: Tifa Lockhart

Deck overview

This mono-green deck is built around Tifa Lockhart's landfall-triggered power doubling, turning every land drop into a massive combat threat. The core strategy leans on high-density ramp-Cultivate, Rampant Growth, Nature's Lore-and a suite of +1/+1 counter doublers (Hardened Scales, Kami of Whispered Hopes, The Earth Crystal) to scale creatures like Avenger of Zendikar, Jumbo Cactuar, and Primeval Titan into overwhelming board states. Token generation from landfall (Chocobo Racetrack, Sidequest: Raise a Chocobo) and saga creatures (Summon: Titan, Summon: Fenrir) provides a secondary go-wide angle. The deck lacks fast combo lines, relying on incremental combat damage and the occasional extra combat from Genji Glove to close games. It is a classic "big mana, big creatures" build that pressures opponents through raw power and inevitability rather than stack interaction.
