This deck is an Esper token-midrange strategy commanded by Soundwave, Sonic Spy // Soundwave, Superior Captain. It blends format-ceiling fast mana, premium tutors, and free interaction with a creature token engine powered by Transformers and token multipliers. Early turns focus on accelerating mana with rocks like Sol Ring and Chrome Mox while deploying disruptive permanents such as Esper Sentinel, Dauthi Voidwalker, and Orcish Bowmasters. Once Soundwave enters the battlefield, casting odd- and even-cost spells creates evasive Robot tokens (Laserbeak and Ravage). Connecting with tokens allows Soundwave to exile and cast high-impact instant and sorcery spells directly from opposing graveyards for free.
