Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Voltron and combat saboteur build commanded by Kotis, the Fangkeeper. The strategy focuses on accelerating Kotis onto the battlefield by turn 3 or 4, enhancing its power with equipment and auras, and granting unblockability. When Kotis connects in combat, its ability exiles cards from the defending player's library equal to the damage dealt and casts any nonland spells among them with equal or lesser mana value for free. This converts combat pressure into massive card and tempo advantage, stealing opponents' answers, threats, and resources. Kotis's built-in indestructible ability shields it from destroy effects and damage wipes, while low-cost instant-speed protection like Royal Treatment and Snakeskin Veil defend against exile and bounce. The deck closes games through compounding commander damage, double strike equipment, and overrun finishers like Overwhelming Stampede.
