Commander: Anowon, the Ruin Thief

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Anowon, the Ruin Thief leads an aggressive Dimir tempo deck centered on evasive Rogues, disruptive mill, and steady card advantage. In the early game, you deploy low-cost unblockable creatures to start attacking immediately. Once Anowon hits the battlefield, your combat damage forces opponents to mill cards, converting milled creature cards into extra card draw to keep your hand full. The deck wins by stacking team-wide damage buffs like Stinkdrinker Bandit and Obelisk of Urd, swarming the board with extra turns via Notorious Throng, or stealing high-impact threats directly from opposing graveyards with Whispersteel Dagger and Gonti, Lord of Luxury.
