Captain America by user7836324

Format: Commander

Commander: Captain America, First Avenger

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Captain America, First Avenger is the deck's centerpiece: Catch gives a free Equipment attachment each combat, and Throw turns expensive Equipment into repeatable, split damage. The primary plan is a voltron-control hybrid: suit Cap with Kaldra Compleat, Captain America's Shield, Sword of Fire and Ice, and other Equipment, attack for commander damage, then Throw the largest Equipment after combat. The hidden commander is Zirda, the Dawnwaker, which reduces Throw and Equip costs to {1}; Super-Soldier Serum is the key enabler, attaching every Equipment on attack so Cap can make multiple Throws in one turn. Secondary paths are Captain America, Skybound and Hyperion beatdown plus value engines like Whirlwind of Thought. There is no double-faced commander; Captain America, Skybound is a supporting legendary in the 99.
