Deck overview

Vihaan, Goldwaker leads a Mardu Treasure-aggro strategy. The primary plan is to generate an overwhelming number of Treasure tokens through engines like Smothering Tithe, Black Market Connections, and Descent into Avernus, then animate them into hasty 3/3 Assassin attackers each combat. Token doublers-Mondrak, Anointed Procession, and Elspeth-explode the count; extra-combat spells convert repeated Treasure-generating hits into a kill. The commander is the centerpiece, turning every Treasure into a creature, but the deck can still close through Descent's damage, Goldspan Dragon/Ancient Copper Dragon beats, or Mirkwood Bats drain. No double-faced commander or hidden commander: the list is explicitly built to maximize Vihaan's Treasure animation.
