This is a Dimir Zombie tribal midrange list helmed by The Scarab God. The plan is to flood the board with Zombie tokens and lords, then close through go-wide combat, aristocrat drain, and a well-timed Gray Merchant of Asphodel. The Scarab God accelerates that plan: its upkeep drains the table and scries equal to your Zombie count, and its activated ability exiles creature cards from any graveyard as 4/4 Zombie copies. When it dies it returns to hand, so commander tax is often avoided. The 99 is a self-contained tribal package - lords, amass engines, mass token spells, and graveyard recursion - that still functions if the commander never resolves. There are no infinite combos. Secondary lines include God-Pharaoh's Gift and Grimoire of the Dead as slow copy and reanimation finishers, plus Crippling Fear as a one-sided wipe that clears a path for the horde.
