Commander: Tony Stark // The Invincible Iron Man

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Izzet artifact deck uses Tony Stark to filter and then The Invincible Iron Man to cheat large artifacts into play. Front-face Tony taps to dig four cards for an artifact, stocking your hand with threats and Equipment. You ramp to six mana, transform into a 5/5 flying haste, and at each combat put an artifact from hand directly onto the battlefield, auto-attaching Equipment. Primary win is sequential combat with Blightsteel Colossus, Darksteel Colossus, Myr Battlesphere, Kappa Cannoneer and Equipment pumps. Secondary paths hard-cast discounted threats via Foundry Inspector and Ironheart or go wide with Myr tokens and anthems. Kuldotha Forgemaster and Urza act as hidden commanders that tutor or generate mana when Tony is unavailable.
