Deck overview

This deck is an Esper tempo and combat-combo strategy helmed by Jin Sakai, Ghost of Tsushima. It leverages Jin Sakai's attack trigger to grant solo attacking creatures either unblockable evasion or double strike while drawing cards on combat damage. The list pairs this ability with devastating combat triggers from creatures like Virtus the Veiled, Unstoppable Slasher, and Cephalid Constable, which can strip half an opponent's life total or bounce their entire board in a single attack. When combined with Bloodletter of Aclazotz, single hits become instant knockouts, and Ramses, Assassin Lord converts an opponent's elimination into an immediate game victory. Backing this proactive pressure is an elite suite of free and efficient interaction, including Force of Negation, Deadly Rollick, and Grand Abolisher, alongside a game-ending two-card combo in Bloodchief Ascension and Mindcrank. The deck transitions smoothly between rapid aggro-combo kills and resilient midgame card advantage.
