Deck overview

This deck is a specialized Azorius Bird tribal strategy engineered around 27 copies of Tempest Hawk alongside Thrumming Stone. The primary plan uses cost reducers such as Urza's Incubator and mana rocks to deploy Thrumming Stone by Turn 5. Casting a single Tempest Hawk then triggers a chain of Ripple 4 triggers, cascading through the library to deploy 15 to 22 flying creatures onto the battlefield in one turn. Kastral, the Windcrested enhances this aerial army by granting scalable +1/+1 counters, card draw, and graveyard recursion whenever Birds connect with an opponent.
