Deck overview

This mono-blue deck uses Eluge, the Shoreless Sea to flood its own lands, drastically reducing the cost of instant and sorcery spells. The primary win condition is the Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter infinite mana loop, which then feeds a Blue Sun's Zenith to draw the entire deck, ending with Psychosis Crawler dealing lethal life loss. Secondary paths include a token army from Talrand, the Sky Summoner, Hermes, or Homunculus Horde built through many cheap draw spells, or an extra-turn plan with Temporal Manipulation. The deck is stacked with draw, bounce, and a handful of counterspells to protect its engines.
