Cloud monowhite voltron by user2772918

Format: Commander

Commander: Cloud, Midgar Mercenary

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-white Equipment Voltron deck helmed by Cloud, Midgar Mercenary, whose ETB tutors an Equipment and whose doubling of attached-Equipment triggers turns every Sword into a value engine. The plan is to cast Cloud early, suit him with Swords and a Hammer, and let doubled combat triggers - Sword of Feast and Famine untapping lands and stripping hands, Sword of Wealth and Power generating Treasures and copying spells, Umezawa's Jitte stacking counters - bury opponents before closing with one-shot commander damage from Colossus Hammer plus a double-strike enabler. Secondary lines include Helm of the Host and Blade of Selves creating token Clouds that each tutor and double, while Gandalf the White doubles legendary/artifact triggers and grants flash. The deck is a protection-dense combat deck with light ramp and a thin tutor suite, aiming to win through inevitability rather than combos.
