Feast and Famine by trpaul93

Format: Commander

Commander: Sam, Loyal Attendant and Frodo, Adventurous Hobbit

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Abzan Food deck uses Sam, Loyal Attendant and Frodo, Adventurous Hobbit to grind life gain into drain. Sam creates a Food each combat and makes Food activations cost {1} less, while Frodo tempts the Ring when you gain 3 or more life and draws cards after two temptations. The primary win is an infinite Food/Treasure/Rat loop with Experimental Confectioner, Nuka-Cola Vending Machine and Peregrin Took, paired with drain from Kambal, Mirkwood Bats, Nadier's Nightblade or Enduring Tenacity. Secondary wins use big Banquet Guests/Feasting Hobbit, Treebeard counters, or Exsanguinate. Peregrin Took acts as hidden commander, doubling Food output.
