Girls Just Want to Have Fun by user8383356

Format: Commander

Commander: Aphelia, Viper Whisperer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a low-curve Golgari attrition deck built around Aphelia, Viper Whisperer generating deathtouch Snakes and a half-life combat finish, with Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons serving as a hidden commander. The primary plan is to deploy cheap mana dorks and removal, assemble the Hapatra -1/-1 counter loop (Nest of Scarabs + Blowfly Infestation), and win through infinite death triggers with Blood Artist or Cauldron of Essence. Backup lines use Quietus Spike, Virtus the Veiled, Tree of Perdition, and Wound Reflection to halve life totals and drain in the end step. Tutors, draw, and recursion allow the deck to rebuild if disrupted, but its fastest reliable execution is the turn-five-ish infinite-drain combo.
