Deck overview

This Azorius deck commands an aerial army led by Kangee, Sky Warden. The game plan revolves around deploying cheap, evasive flying creatures in the early turns, establishing anthem effects, and casting Kangee to buff the team with +2/+0 whenever it attacks. Because flying evades most ground blockers, the deck consistently pushes combat damage while maintaining a strong aerial defense with Kangee's vigilance and blocking boost. It supplements its aggressive curve with high-impact aerial finishers such as Gravitational Shift, True Conviction, and Sephara, Sky's Blade. A solid suite of Azorius countermagic and removal helps protect the board and disrupt opposing combo lines. The deck relies on combat damage across multiple attack steps rather than fast combos, making it a classic synergy-driven midrange aggro deck.
