budger Mm'menon, the Right Hand by elopes

Format: Commander

Commander: Mm'menon, the Right Hand

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Mm'menon, the Right Hand helms a mono-blue artifact-combo deck that treats the top of the library as a second hand. It accelerates into cost reducers and top-deck engines, then uses Banishing Knack or Retraction Helix on Steelfin Whale or Mirran Spy with Sol Ring to loop artifact casts into infinite mana and storm. The finish comes from Cogwork Assembler copying Hulking Metamorph into hasted lethal tokens, or from Vantress Gargoyle / Codex Shredder milling everyone out. The Reality Chip and Mystic Forge act as hidden commanders, giving extra ways to cast artifacts from the top. The deck is fast and redundant but brittle to artifact hate and light on interaction.
