Psychedelic Plunderers ($66) by Snoopy

Format: Commander

Commander: Admiral Beckett Brass

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Grixis Pirate deck plays as an aggressive tribal board that wins through combat and theft. Admiral Beckett Brass gives other Pirates +1/+1 and steals a nonland permanent at your end step if three or more Pirates dealt combat damage that turn. The deck builds a wide board of evasive Pirates, boosts them with Corsair Captain, Icon of Ancestry, and Adaptive Automaton, and uses evasion from Archetype of Imagination, Aqueous Form, and Changeling Outcast to enable Brass. Secondary paths use Treasure makers like Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Captain Lannery Storm for ramp, and Bident of Thassa and Reconnaissance Mission for cards. Malcolm and Marchesa, the Black Rose act as hidden commanders for Treasure and recursion when Brass is offline.
