Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive mono-blue mill strategy built around The Mindskinner. The commander converts its unblockable 10-power combat damage into 10 milled cards for every opponent simultaneously. The deck accelerates this clock using double strike equipment like Fireshrieker and Leyline Axe, cloning spells like Spark Double, and doubling effects like Bruvac the Grandiloquent. Once assembled, a single unblocked swing mills 20 to 40 cards from every library at once. Dedicated burst spells such as Maddening Cacophony and Cut Your Losses quickly strip away remaining cards. To survive opposing counterattacks, the deck deploys defensive barriers like Propaganda and Crawlspace, while Soulless Jailer prevents opponents from abusing cards in their graveyards. Efficient counterspells protect key pieces during critical turns. The list operates on curve, threatening to empty all three opposing libraries by Turn 7.
