Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue combo-control strategy commanded by Teferi, Temporal Archmage. It leverages an extensive suite of artifact acceleration, cost reduction, and efficient countermagic to establish early control and deploy its commander ahead of curve. Teferi acts as both a card selection engine and a potent mana multiplier through his loyalty abilities. The deck's primary victory condition is assembling Teferi alongside The Chain Veil with mana sources producing at least five mana. Once active, this loop generates infinite mana, unlimited planeswalker loyalty activations, and complete access to the library. The deck then finishes all three opponents immediately using Laboratory Maniac, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, or forced card draw from Blue Sun's Zenith. If the primary combo is disrupted, the deck pivots into chaining extra turns with Nexus of Fate and Expropriate or wiping the board with an overloaded Cyclonic Rift.
