Blue's Welcome by Psyga315

Format: Commander

Commander: Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue "unblockable swarm" deck helmed by Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive. The primary game plan is to deploy a critical mass of creatures with power or toughness 1 or less, making them all unblockable via Tetsuko's static ability. The deck then wins through incremental combat damage, chipping away at opponents with a horde of evasive 1/1s and 2/1s. It supports this strategy with a dense suite of cantrips, bounce spells, and counterspells to control the board, protect its commander, and maintain card flow. There are no infinite combos; the win condition is purely attritional, relying on sheer numbers and the commander's ability to bypass blockers.
