Deck overview

This deck is a focused Boros Equipment Voltron build centered on Risona, Asari Commander. The game plan revolves around deploying cheap equipment and equip-cost reducers during the first two turns, casting Risona on Turn 3, and equipping massive stat enhancers like Colossus Hammer or Two-Handed Axe to attack immediately. Once Risona connects, she acquires an indestructible counter, making her resilient against conventional damage and destruction wipes. The deck leverages cards like Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar and Raiyuu, Storm's Edge to multiply combat damage across the table, while card engines like Sram, Senior Edificer and Akiri, Fearless Voyager maintain resource flow. Protection spells such as Clever Concealment and recursion like Mantle of the Ancients ensure the board survives disruption. While vulnerable to exile removal and sequential combat bottlenecks, it applies rapid single-target pressure.
