Deck overview

This Naya deck is commanded by Baylen, the Haymaker, utilizing a versatile token-generation engine that converts any token—creatures, Food, Clues, or Treasures—into immediate mana ramp, card draw, and trample-fueled commander buffs. The deck establishes early token generation through cards like Peregrin Took, Caretaker's Talent, and Agate Instigator, enabling Baylen to draw cards and accelerate mana immediately upon entry without being constrained by summoning sickness. As the game progresses into Turns 4 and 5, mass token producers such as March of the Multitudes, Secure the Wastes, and Doubling Season rapidly overwhelm opponents with wide boards, supported by passive burn from Impact Tremors and Warleader's Call. The deck protects its board through resilient instants tutored by Sunforger or held in hand, including Heroic Intervention and Bolt Bend. It reliably closes the game around Turn 7 through overwhelming combat damage and widespread direct burn while maintaining continuous resource advantage.
