Deck overview

This deck is an Assassin-tribal aggro-control deck commanded by Ezio Auditore da Firenze. The strategy accelerates early mana to cast Ezio on Turn 2, then connects in combat to trigger freerunning, discounting high-impact Assassins such as Vein Ripper, Thraximundar, and Morophon, the Boundless to just {B}{B}. The deck pairs this mana velocity with aggressive life-halving effects like Virtus the Veiled, Quietus Spike, and Tree of Perdition to rapidly drag opposing life totals down to 10 or below. Once an opponent reaches this threshold, Ezio pays {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} upon dealing combat damage to eliminate them instantly. High-efficiency interaction, including free counterspells like Force of Negation and Deflecting Swat, alongside turn-silencing effects like Silence and Voice of Victory, shields the deck during crucial combat windows. While it lacks infinite combos, the deck applies relentless individual pressure while disrupting opponents with premier spot answers.
