Deck overview

Captain Sisay is a GW legendary-toolbox deck that uses its commander as a repeatable tutor to assemble hatebears (Drannith Magistrate, Grand Abolisher, Linvala) and a keyword-swarming Angel/Human army. The primary plan is to chain cheap legendaries, let Myrel exponentially grow Soldier tokens, pump them with Elesh Norn and Akroma, and finish with Akroma's Will or Finale of Devastation. A secondary path uses Gisela and Bruna for meld value and recursion through Emeria. The deck resists disruption with Avacyn, Sigarda, Shalai, and mass-protection instants. It has no true combo; it wins through overwhelming combat. The commander is central, but the deck has enough standalone legends to keep functioning if she is removed.
