Ayli Lurrus 8.16 by Live_Laugh_Lorazepam

Format: Commander

Commander: Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

An Orzhov combo deck that uses Lurrus of the Dream-Den as a companion and a very low-curve permanent base to assemble compact infinite loops. The main path is Leonin Relic-Warder plus Animate Dead/Dance of the Dead with Blood Artist or Altar of Dementia, but the deck also runs the Flumph + Orcish Bowmasters draw/amass loop (with indestructible protection), Putrid Goblin + Vizier of Remedies sacrifices, and Ayli + Daru Spiritualist + en-Kor infinite life. Ayli serves as a removal engine and combo piece; Lurrus supplies repeated graveyard recursion. The game plan is to tutor or mill into a loop, protect it with cheap spells, then drain, mill, or attack out.
