Commander: Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver is a Dimir Zombie combo deck that converts death triggers into cards and tokens. The primary plan is a sacrifice loop-Gravecrawler with Phyrexian Altar plus a death payoff-that drains the table; a secondary line uses Demonic Consultation to empty the library and Thassa's Oracle to win. Wilhelt supplies decayed blockers and end-step draw, fuelling both paths. The 99 also contains redundant recursion (Relentless Dead, Zul Ashur, Gisa and Geralf, Reanimate) and a lords/amass beatdown plan that closes when the combo is disrupted. There is no hidden commander; The Scarab God and Necroduality serve as high-end value engines.
