Deck overview

This mono-green aggressive deck is commanded by Fynn, the Fangbearer, turning low-cost deathtouch creatures into lethal poison vectors. By pairing an unusually dense suite of one-mana and two-mana deathtouchers with Fynn’s triggered ability, every unblocked attack delivers two poison counters rather than negligible combat damage. The game plan focuses on deploying a one-drop deathtoucher on Turn 1, casting Fynn on Turn 2 to immediately apply poison, and expanding wide across opponents on subsequent turns. Bite and fight spells like Infectious Bite and Master's Rebuke exploit deathtouch to remove opposing blockers at instant speed without sacrificing attackers. As poison counters accumulate, secondary toxic threats and proliferate engines—including Bloated Contaminator, Evolution Sage, and Karn's Bastion—accelerate opponents toward the ten-poison elimination threshold. While the deck applies blistering early pressure, it remains vulnerable to mass board wipes and must carefully time its hexproof protection spells to maintain table control.
