Deck overview

This Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis deck is a quintessential 4-color Group Hug and Pillowfort strategy designed to accelerate the entire table while deflecting aggression and quietly assembling an inevitable win condition. In the early game, symmetrical ramp and draw pieces like Burgeoning, Kami of the Crescent Moon, and Kwain, Itinerant Meddler ensure consistent land drops and smooth development, leading into the commander's deployment on Turn 4. To survive the bounty it hands to opponents, the deck deploys robust defensive barriers including Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, War's Toll, and goad effects like Disrupt Decorum. The massive card flow rapidly digs into game-ending payoffs, primarily Approach of the Second Sun, which can be cast, redrawn within a single turn cycle via stacked draw triggers, and recast for victory. If Approach is stopped, mass creature theft such as Insurrection and Taunt from the Rampart turns opponents' oversized armies against one another to close out the game.
