Deck overview

This deck is a classic mono-red Dragon tribal stompy strategy piloted by Lathliss, Dragon Queen. The primary objective is to ramp into high-impact Dragon threats that trigger Lathliss's ability to create 5/5 flying Dragon tokens, quickly doubling the deck's board presence. Dense tribal cost reducers like Dragonlord's Servant, Dragonspeaker Shaman, and Herald's Horn allow the deck to bypass high mana costs and curve into substantial flyers ahead of time. Once multiple Dragons hit the battlefield, synergistic enablers like Dragon Tempest, Terror of Mount Velus, and Scourge of Valkas convert creature deployment into massive burst damage and rapid player eliminations. Asymmetric damage sweepers like Breath Weapon and Magmaquake clear opposing ground boards while leaving your flying armada untouched. The deck wins by overwhelming opponents in the air across Turns 6 to 8.
