Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis Pirate Tribal Aggro-Reanimator deck led by Admiral Brass, Unsinkable. The primary strategy focuses on deploying low-curve Pirates and mana acceleration in the early game, filling the graveyard through combat trades, self-mill, and looting effects. Once Admiral Brass, Unsinkable enters the battlefield on Turn 4, it establishes an ongoing reanimation engine that returns fallen Pirates directly to combat as 4/4 threats with haste. The mid-game capitalizes on massive combat enablers such as Port Razer, Angrath's Marauders, and Shared Animosity, complemented by severe life total cuts from Dire Fleet Ravager. Interaction is supported by thematic creature theft and tap-down engines like Coercive Recruiter and Merchant Raiders. While the deck generates immense card flow and combat pressure, its primary vulnerabilities stem from targeted commander removal prior to combat and mass graveyard exile.
