This Abzan Food/lifegain deck pairs Frodo, Adventurous Hobbit and Sam, Loyal Attendant as its engine: Sam makes a Food every combat, and Frodo turns life gain into Ring-tempt triggers and card draw. The 99 supports this with a deep Halfling/Food shell, including a hidden partner engine in Merry and Pippin, Warden of Isengard, plus a ring-tempt win condition in Frodo, Sauron's Bane. The primary plan is incremental value: drain life with Sanguine Bond and Mirkwood Bats, draw with The Gaffer and Dawn of Hope, then finish with a pumped Pippin overrun or a giant Feasting Hobbit.
