Commander: Bruvac the Grandiloquent

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a dedicated mono-blue mill deck helmed by Bruvac the Grandiloquent, whose doubling of all milling is the deck's central multiplier. The primary plan is to grind every opponent's library to zero through a dense redundancy of mill effects: ten copies of Persistent Petitioners form the core engine, supported by landfall crabs, cast/draw-trigger enchantments, and big one-shot mill spells like Fractured Sanity and Tasha's Hideous Laughter. The Water Crystal stacks with Bruvac to amplify every mill trigger, and The Mindskinner provides an unblockable combat-mill clock. A modest counterspell suite (Mana Drain, Counterspell, Arcane Denial) protects the commander and buys time. The deck has no true tutors and no infinite combos - it wins through sheer mill volume and inevitability, racing opponents before they can assemble their own game plans.
