Deck overview

This mono-red deck is an attrition and burn engine centered on Norin the Wary. Because Norin exiles himself whenever any player casts a spell or attacks and returns at the beginning of the next end step, he enters the battlefield up to four times per turn cycle. The deck converts these entries into table-wide damage using heavily redundant payoffs such as Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, Agate Instigator, and Molten Gatekeeper. Mana acceleration and token producers like Genesis Chamber compound this damage, while damage multipliers such as Torbran, Thane of Red Fell and Solphim, Mayhem Dominus accelerate the clock to lethal levels. Confusion in the Ranks provides an asymmetric control angle by stealing opposing creatures whenever Norin flickers. The strategy operates through passive triggers, applying constant pressure without relying on combat connections.
