Ruthless Storm [cEDH] Rakdos, the Muscle (duplicated from Nybar) by Chris8109

Format: Commander

Commander: Rakdos, the Muscle

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Rakdos, the Muscle is the engine and finisher of a fast, sacrifice-based combo deck. The deck plans to turbo-cast Rakdos with rituals and cheap artifacts, then use his sacrifice trigger to exile cards from opponents' libraries and cast them. The primary win line is an infinite loop with Forsaken Miner, Phyrexian Altar, Rakdos's crime trigger, and Sephiroth's drain. Birgi/Harnfel, Chthonian Nightmare, and Skittering Precursor provide backup recursion and mana. The deck is explosive but vulnerable to graveyard hate and instant-speed disruption; it aims to win before opponents can set up.
