Deck overview

This mono-red deck is commanded by General Kreat, the Boltbringer, focusing on aggressive Goblin tribal synergies, wide token generation, and incidental direct burn. The game plan centers on curving low-cost Goblin creatures into a Turn 3 General Kreat. Once on the battlefield, attacking with Goblins generates tapped and attacking Goblin tokens, which immediately trigger General Kreat's passive burn to deal direct damage to each opponent. The 99 features traditional token sorceries, synergistic Goblin payoffs like Krenko, Mob Boss and Goblin Rabblemaster, and efficient burn-based interaction. While the deck applies broad table-wide life pressure quickly, it possesses zero stack-based countermagic or protective spells, leaving its wide token boards and low-toughness commander vulnerable to opposing sweepers and point removal.
