Allenal's Star Power by Buddadragon

Format: Commander

Commander: Queen Allenal of Ruadach

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a Selesnya "Go-Wide" strategy helmed by Queen Allenal of Ruadach, focusing on the synergistic intersection between token generation and "Lhurgoyf" scaling effects. The primary game plan is to flood the board with creature tokens, which Queen Allenal amplifies by adding a 1/1 Soldier to every token-creation event. This wide board state serves a dual purpose: it enables overwhelming combat phases through sheer numbers and exponentially scales the power of "tall" threats like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Regal Bunnicorn, and Burrowguard Mentor. The deck also features a secondary "Lands Matter" subtheme with Ashaya, Soul of the Wild and Greensleeves, Maro-Sorcerer, providing alternative scaling vectors. Victory is typically achieved through traditional combat damage, leveraged by trample enablers like Garruk's Uprising or board-wide protection like Flawless Maneuver to ensure a lethal swing connects.
